Summary (the full Terms below control): Let Wash is a marketplace app. The car wash, detailing, and vehicle service businesses on it are independent Operators — they perform the service, set the price, and are responsible for your vehicle. Let Wash is not. Cancel more than 3 hours before your booking for free; cancel within 3 hours and you will be charged 75% of the booking price; no-shows are charged 100%. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, with a 30-day opt-out.


1. Acceptance of These Terms


These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Lets Wash, Inc. ("Let Wash," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Let Wash mobile application, website (letwash.com), and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, downloading the app, making a booking, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (letwash.com/privacy), which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. The Platform is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.


2. Let Wash Is a Platform, Not a Service Provider


Let Wash is a technology marketplace. We connect vehicle owners with independent, third-party car wash, detailing, and vehicle service businesses ("Operators"). We do not wash, detail, repair, inspect, or otherwise service any vehicle, and we do not own or operate any service location or employ, supervise, or control Operators or their staff.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (A) EVERY SERVICE BOOKED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED SOLELY BY THE OPERATOR YOU SELECT; (B) THE CONTRACT FOR THAT SERVICE IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE OPERATOR ONLY; (C) LET WASH IS NOT A PARTY TO THAT CONTRACT AND HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, TIMING, LEGALITY, OR OUTCOME OF ANY SERVICE; AND (D) LET WASH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE, ITS CONTENTS, OR ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM A SERVICE.

Operators are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Let Wash. They are solely responsible for service delivery and quality, compliance with applicable laws and licensing, their own employment practices, facility safety, insurance and liability coverage, and their own prices, policies, and service terms. Any information about an Operator shown on the Platform (services, prices, hours, ratings, photos, licenses, insurance) is supplied by the Operator or by public sources. We do not verify it and make no representation that it is accurate, current, or complete. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of other users, not the views of Let Wash.

If you have a complaint about a service, including damage to your vehicle, you must raise it directly with the Operator. We may, at our sole discretion, help relay information between you and an Operator, but doing so does not make us responsible for resolving the dispute.


3. Your Account


You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@letwash.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid payment method and correct vehicle details (make, model, license plate), and to keep it current. You may not use another person's account, impersonate anyone, or use a username that infringes another person's rights or is offensive.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Platform or an Operator, or engaged in fraud, promotion abuse, or chargeback abuse. Suspension or termination may result in forfeiture of credits, rewards, and pending bookings, and we will have no liability to you for that action.


4. Bookings


When you book a service, you make an offer to the Operator on the terms shown in the app. A booking is confirmed when the Operator accepts it (some Operators accept automatically). Availability, service scope, add-ons, and pricing are set by the Operator. Prices shown may exclude taxes, tips, or extra charges for vehicle size, condition, or on-site upgrades that you agree to with the Operator directly. Operators may impose additional terms for their services, which will be shown in their listing.

You must arrive at the Operator's location (or make your vehicle available, for mobile services) at the booked time. Operators may decline or cancel a booking, in which case you will not be charged for that booking. Changes to a booking (date, time, service) are subject to Operator availability and may change the price.

Where the Platform offers an AI-assisted booking experience, the assistant's suggestions are recommendations only. You remain responsible for reviewing the Operator, price, time, and location before confirming.


5. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds


Because Operators reserve time and staff for your booking, the following cancellation policy applies to every booking made through the Platform unless the Operator's listing shows a stricter policy at the time of booking:

  • More than 3 hours before the scheduled start time: you may cancel free of charge and any amount already charged will be refunded.

  • Within 3 hours of the scheduled start time: a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the booking price will be charged to your payment method.

  • No-show (you do not arrive or make your vehicle available within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, or the Operator cannot reach you): 100% of the booking price will be charged.

Cancellation fees are collected by Let Wash on the Operator's behalf and paid to the Operator, less our platform fee. Fees are calculated on the service price before taxes and tips. The applicable policy is displayed before you confirm each booking.

If an Operator cancels, fails to show, or cannot perform the service, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged. Refunds for completed services are at the Operator's discretion; Let Wash does not itself guarantee, issue, or fund refunds for service quality, delays, or damage. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


6. Payments


Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. Let Wash does not store your full card number. By adding a payment method you authorize Let Wash and the Operator to charge it for the booking price, applicable taxes, tips you choose to add, cancellation or no-show fees, and any additional services you approve with the Operator.

The Operator is the merchant of record for the service. Let Wash receives a platform fee from the Operator for each completed transaction and may charge service fees to users; any user-facing fee will be shown before you confirm a booking. Your card statement may show the Operator's name, "Let Wash," or both.

Memberships and subscriptions purchased through the Platform (for example, a monthly unlimited wash plan) renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.


7. Promotions, Credits, and Referrals


Promotions, credits, and loyalty rewards are provided at the discretion of Let Wash or the Operator, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotional offers may be limited to participating Operators, first bookings, new users, specific areas, or expiration dates, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

From time to time we may offer a referral program that lets you earn credits by sharing a unique referral link. To qualify, the referred person must be new to the Platform, register through your link, and complete a qualifying booking; rewards are credited after that booking is completed.

You may not abuse promotions or referrals, including by creating multiple accounts, self-referring, referring existing users, posting referral links on coupon sites or public forums, or providing false information. Abuse may result in forfeiture of all rewards and termination of your account.


8. Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct


You agree to: remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service; disclose any pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, or vehicle conditions relevant to the service; and follow reasonable instructions from the Operator on site.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or discriminate against Operators or other users; post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content; upload content that infringes others' rights, contains malware, or includes identification documents or sensitive financial information; circumvent the Platform to avoid fees after being introduced to an Operator through it; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or copy the Platform; reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Platform or its security measures; or file chargebacks for legitimately incurred charges instead of contacting us first.


9. Reviews and User Content


You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and other content. You grant Let Wash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and our marketing. You represent that your content is truthful, is yours to share, and does not violate anyone's rights. We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may review, edit, or remove content at any time without notice.


10. Intellectual Property and DMCA


The Platform, including its software, design, logos, text, and the Let Wash name and marks, is owned by Let Wash or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app on a device you own for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, and you may not copy, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@letwash.com describing the copyrighted work, identifying the allegedly infringing content, including your contact information, and stating under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.


11. Third-Party Services and Links


The Platform may link to third-party websites, apps, or services (including Operators' own sites and Stripe). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties


THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET WASH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, THAT ANY OPERATOR WILL BE AVAILABLE, LICENSED, INSURED, OR COMPETENT, OR THAT ANY SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

The Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in service descriptions, pricing, or availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.


13. Limitation of Liability


TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET WASH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY AN OPERATOR, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF YOUR VEHICLE OR ITS CONTENTS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL LET WASH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE PLATFORM FEES LET WASH ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM BOOKINGS YOU MADE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.


14. Indemnification


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let Wash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any dispute between you and an Operator.


15. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver


PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@letwash.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in Santa Clara County, California (or remotely by video, at either party's request). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND LET WASH AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@letwash.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account email within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.


16. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section, any court proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.


17. Electronic Communications


By using the Platform you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, SMS/text message, push notification, and in-app message. Transactional messages about your bookings are part of the service. Marketing messages are optional: reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or adjust notification settings in the app. Message and data rates may apply. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.


18. Termination


You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account or by emailing support@letwash.com. Upon termination by you or by us, you lose access to booking history, credits, and rewards. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 2, 9, 10, 12–16) survive termination.


19. Changes to the Platform and These Terms


We may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The most current version is always available in the app and at letwash.com/terms.


20. Accessibility


We are committed to making the Platform accessible to people with disabilities in line with applicable standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have difficulty using any part of the Platform, contact support@letwash.com and we will help you through an accessible method.


21. General


These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Let Wash regarding the Platform and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app; to the extent required by their app store terms, they are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
